Reframe Pain Recovery
(Coming Soon - Expected June 2026)
Pain has made your world smaller. This program helps you take it back.
If chronic pain has changed what you do, how you move, and who you feel like, this is the program for you. Pain reshapes routines, relationships, confidence, and identity. And most of what you've been offered so far, medications, procedures, generic advice to "pace yourself,” hasn't given you a clearer way forward.
Overview
What This Program Is
Reframe Pain Recovery is a structured, one-on-one program designed to change how your brain and nervous system interpret pain, and help you re-engage in the daily life that's gotten smaller along the way.
It's built on Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), an evidence-based approach that treats chronic pain as a learned response in the nervous system rather than a sign of ongoing damage. PRT provides the core framework, including somatic tracking, and I bring in tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to deepen the work, all applied through an occupational therapy lens.
Along with the blend of modalities, the OT lens is what makes this different. Through an OT lens, the work is applied directly to your mornings, your workday, your relationships, your sleep, your hobbies, and the roles that matter most to you.
