Hello, I’m Eugénie, OT
and founder of Reframe Occupational Therapy.
Originally from Switzerland, I value how each client’s cultural background shapes their lived experience. I’m passionate about helping individuals reconnect to what matters through mind–body OT that supports emotional well-being, physical symptoms, and everyday function together.
I completed my doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Boston University and my undergraduate studies at Bates College, studying Psychology. Outside of work, I love to ski, get lost in a good book, and try new foods while traveling the world.

Why 'Reframe'
Founded in Boston, MA, Reframe Occupational Therapy is built on a simple premise: mind and body are deeply connected, and symptoms often carry important information. Pain and emotions aren’t always something to eliminate; they can be protective signals that point toward needs, values, boundaries, or overload.
To “reframe” is to relate to these experiences differently, with curiosity, compassion, and practical strategies for daily life, so you can function and participate even when symptoms show up. Because symptoms are shaped by culture, environment, and lived experience, I take a whole-person approach that honors your context and supports a life that fits you.

A future where mental and physical health are never separated, bridging insight and action so people can live meaningful lives.
